Alice Elaine (McIlwain) Bennett

Alice Elaine Bennett, a resident of Axis, Alabama, passed away Friday evening, November 05, 2021, at USA University Hospital. She was 64 years old. Alice was born December 17, 1956, in Mobile, Alabama. She enjoyed watching tv and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She liked to watch football and enjoyed bantering back and forth with her family over who was the better team.

Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Bennett; father, Roy McIlwain; sisters, Anna McIlwain and Brenda McIlwain.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, April Presley; son, Johnny McIlwain; mother, Lucille McIlwain; grandchildren, Kaylee (Waylon), Jasmine, and Avery; great grandchild, Paisley; sister, Sue Cooley; loving nieces and nephews who lovingly referred to Alice as ''Aunt Ace''; and other relatives and friends.
