Chad Christopher Stempien

Chad Christopher Stempien, age 26, a native and resident of Mobile died Saturday, October 30, 2010. He was a member of Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church. Chad worked as a boilermaker and had served in the Mt. Vernon Fire Department as a firefighter and EMT. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Stanley and Mary Bernard. He is survived by his parents, David and Mona Stempien; sister, Ashley Brinkman; nephew, Caleb Brinkman, all of Mount Vernon, AL; grandparents, Leonard and Jeannie Stempien of Satsuma, AL.; and other relatives and friends. A wake will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church. The Funeral Service will be 10 AM on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at the church with Rev. Tom Legget officiating. Interment will be at Mount Vernon Community Cemetery in Mount Vernon, AL.
