Charles Howard Turner, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Monday, November 09, 2020. He was 61 years old. He was a longtime rural mail carrier. He was a faithful member of Bethel Baptist Church. Howard enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family. He especially loved watching his grandkids play ball. Howard was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Howard was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Ettalee Turner; and his brother, Horace Turner, Jr. Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Neal Turner and Keeven Turner (Krystal); grandchildren, Kelsee, Bryce, Ian, Rhett, Kolbi Jane, and Easton; siblings, Herbert Turner (Janice) and Hilton Turner (Opal); special nieces and nephews, Elton Turner, Kendra Risner, Ira Turner, Kristy McWain, and Kaylene Turner; a host of other nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. A wake will be held for Howard from 6pm until 9pm Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at Bethel Baptist Church. The funeral service will be 11am Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Marvin Robinson and Rev. Stan Clayton officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
