Colleen Stinson Bellew

Colleen Stinson Bellew, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021. She was 91 years old. Colleen worked as a head cashier at a Central Texas Hardware Store for many years. She enjoyed fishing and country music. But most of all, Colleen enjoyed baking, cooking and taking care of her family. Colleen was preceded in death by her husband, James Hershel Bellew, who passed away in September; son, Hershel Wayne Bellew; parents, Charles and Callie Stinson; sister, Charlene Shelton; and brother, Jim Billy Stinson. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Sherrye Ann Taylor, Rick Lynn Bellew, and James Rodney Bellew; grandchildren, Jeremy Taylor, Kristin Parsons, Jason Taylor, Morgan Wiggins, Brandon Bellew, and Molly Fulmer; 13 great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends May 3, 2021 from 1pm until the 2pm funeral service at Living Word Church with Rev. Marc Hobbs officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery.
