Danny Ray Lewis

Danny Ray Lewis, 56, a resident of Creola, Alabama passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at his home. He was a talented carpenter and could fix almost anything. Danny Ray was dependable and enjoyed educating others when he could. He enjoyed spending time with his family and will be dearly missed. He loved fishing and spending time with his friends. Those left to cherish his memory is his wife, Sylvia Lewis; parents, W.W. Lewis and Frances Lewis; daughter, Daniraee Alastal (Bader); sons, Matthew Brown and James Watson; siblings, Tonja Novoa (Javier), Patsy Ellerman (C.Mo), and Wesley Lewis (Sandi); best friends, Jeff Goodman and Delance Hawkins; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 2pm until the 3pm funeral service Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Turnerville Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Presnall officiating.
