Devyn Michele Weaver

Devyn Michele Weaver, born on October 1, 1998, passed away unexpectedly on November 27, 2025, at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. Known as the life of the party, Devyn lived her life to the fullest, embracing every moment with laughter and love. Her generous spirit was felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her—she would give anyone the shirt off her back and had an undeniable love for people.

Devyn found joy in the simple pleasures of life; she loved riding dirt roads and would pack as many friends as she could into her vehicle, always eager for an adventure. An avid Auburn fan at heart, she cherished every opportunity to spend time with both family and friends, creating memories that would last a lifetime. Devyn's proudest accomplishment was her deep love for her daughter, Wrenley Black, who was truly her whole world.

Devyn is survived by her loving family, including her daughter, Wrenley; mother, Donna Newburn (Wesley); father, Marion Weaver "Mel"; bonus mom, Sherry Morgan; grandmothers, Gloria Townson and Faye Blankinchip; brothers, Arion Weaver (Jasmine), Jason Newburn (Haleigh), M.J. Walker, and Westin Newburn (Janey); sisters, Hailie Parramore, Christie Scarver (Robert), and Erica Weaver. She also leaves behind beloved nieces and nephews, Kayden, Tyler, and Noah; special friends Morgan Adams and Paige Cowart; God children, Avery, Jaeton, and Briar; along with many other relatives and friends who were touched by her kind and vibrant spirit.

Devyn was preceded in death by her cherished grandparents, Joseph "Joe" Galloway, Alma Weaver, Doyle Weaver, Jabo Newburn, and Richard Blankinchip; as well as her cousins, Kamden Galloway and Dusty Cloud; and her aunt, Wanda Kay Newburn.

A visitation will be held in her honor at Freeman Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and again on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM funeral service with Paul Prine speaking. Burial will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery.

Devyn Michele Weaver will forever be remembered for her warm heart, adventurous spirit, and the profound impact she made on the lives of those around her. Her memory will continue to inspire all who knew her, reminding us to embrace life with joy, love, and laughter.
