Doris M. Henderson

Doris M. Henderson, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Friday, November 18, 2016. She was 79 years old. Doris was born November 12, 1937 to Stella and Dewy Webb. She was a pastor’s wife for 56 years. Doris enjoyed sewing, cooking, quilting, and most of all, spending time with her family. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Doris is preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Henderson. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Tommy Henderson (Brenda) and Pam Flippo (Cleveland); grandchildren, Curt, Cavin, and Christopher; great grandchildren, Natalie, Cade, and Caylee; sister, Clara Hebert; a host of nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10am until the 12pm funeral service Sunday, November 20, 2016, at Freeman Funeral Home with Curt Henderson officiating. Burial will follow at Brethren Cemetery.
