Doris Weaver

Doris Weaver, a resident of Fairford, Alabama, passed away Monday, September 24, 2018, at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. She was 91 years old. Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Fleet Weaver; and son, Mickey Weaver. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Joyce Jordan (Willie), Thelma Rivers, Lynda Reed, Velma Byrd, Lamaze Weaver (Judith), Vera Tarver, Brannon Weaver, Fleet Weaver (Bernetta), Hal Randall Weaver (Robin), and Herk Weaver; twenty grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. A wake will be held for Doris from 6pm until 9pm Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at Freeman Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at 11am Thursday, September 27, 2018, at Home Gospel Church, with Bro. Paul Chestang and Bro. Tim Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow in Saint Thomas Cemetery.
