Dustin Lance Snider, a funny, loveable outgoing sportsman who was described as an all-around good guy, passed away on December 12, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of cherished memories. He was born on September 2, 1991, and throughout his life, he touched the hearts of those around him with his vibrant personality.

Dustin had many passions and interests that brought him joy. An avid hunter and fisher, he found solace in nature and embraced the thrill of the outdoors. Additionally, he had a talent for cutting hair and took pleasure in honing his skills. However, above all else, his greatest joy came from spending time with friends and family, always ensuring that everyone was laughing and having a good time.

Dustin's proudest accomplishment was undoubtedly his children. He leaves behind a loving wife, Courtney Snider, and their beautiful children: Skyler, Dustin Jr., Cason, Riley, Remi, Grey, and Jaycee. They were the lights of his life and brought him immeasurable happiness.

He also leaves behind a tight-knit circle of loved ones who will forever cherish their memories with him. His mother Beverly Chestang (Scott); fathers Lawrence Snider (Tina) and Scott Chestang; grandfather, Frank Orso; siblings, James Snider (Stacey), Brittany Snider, Anthony Snider (Rhea), Jinifer Chestang, Jace Willis, Destiny Snider, Kayla Tiwari (Shiva), and Keith Chestang were an integral part of Dustin's life. Their bond will continue to be treasured as they navigate through this difficult time together.

Dustin's beloved dog Nitro Snider held a special place in his heart. The loyal companionship they shared brought tremendous joy to his life.

In addition to his immediate family members are Dennis Reed, Zan Weaver, Shane Byrd, Philip Byrd, and William Morris—his best friends—who stood by his side throughout life's triumphs and tribulations. Their  friendship will always be held dear.

Dustin also leaves behind a multitude of relatives and friends whose lives he touched with his infectious laughter, warm spirit, and genuine kindness. Each person who had the privilege of knowing him was blessed by his presence and will carry cherished memories forever.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Avery Snider; mother, Darlene Orso; grandmother, Glenda Fay Lepley; and uncle, Daniel Lepley.

A visitation will take place on December 15, 2023, from 12:00 PM until the 2:00 PM funeral service at Freeman Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Reed's Chapel Cemetery in McIntosh, Alabama.

During this difficult time, it is important to remember the immense joy that Dustin Lance Snider brought into the lives of others. His vibrant personality, love for family and friends, and passion for life itself will always be cherished. May his memory serve as a reminder to embrace every moment with laughter and love.
