Elise M. Dees

Elise M. Dees, a resident of Deer Park, Alabama, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2022 peacefully at her home surrounded by family. She was 68 years old. Elise was a woman of virtue and loved unconditionally. Her desire was for everyone to know her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Elise was a devout prayer warrior and intercessor not only for her family and friends but for anyone who crossed her path. She enjoyed baking pound cakes for people to brighten their day. Elise found joy in taking care of the love of her life her husband David of 47 years, her children and grandchildren.

Elise was proceeded in death by her parents, Calvin and Emma Mitchell.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Bryan (Carie) Dees, Calvin (Kattie) Dees, Regina (Mitch) Frazier, and Brent (Katie) Dees; her grandchildren, Oran Dees, Carson Dees, Jacey Frazier, Ryleigh Dees, Austin Dees, Michael Dees, Paisley Frazier, Caden Dees, Nolan Dees and Everley Frazier; special friends, Beverley Hillman and Sharon Webb; siblings, Randy (Condi) Mitchell, David Mitchell, Judy (Jimmy) Robertson, Kenny (Jackie) Mitchell, and Theresa (Willie) Grice; a whole host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

A graveside service will be held for Elise at 10am Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Deer Park Cemetery with Rev. Barton Turner officiating.
