Eric Lee Weaver

Eric Lee (Eazy) Weaver, a resident of Chickasaw, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021. He was 27 years old. Eric loved his family, especially his baby girl. He enjoyed football and watching the games with his family. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Eric was preceded in death by his daughter, KyleighAnna Francis; brother, Jeremy Chase Weaver; grandfather, Ronald Tatum; and grandmother, Annie Irene Weaver. Those left to cherish his memory include his fiancé, Johnna Blackwell; children, Chloe Weaver, Cayden Netto, and Ryder Netto; mother, Julie Fillingim (Link); daughter on the way, Calli Marie; father, Charlie Weaver; grandmother, Gloria Tatum; siblings, Dex Byrd, Drayton Weaver, Lillian Fillingim, and Ally FIllingim; nieces, Ka’Leah, Ka’Lani, and Kendal; and other relatives and friends. A wake will be held for Eric from 6pm until 9pm Sunday, February 28, 2021, at Freeman Funeral Home, with rosary beginning at 5:45pm. The Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 11am Monday, March 01, 2021, at Saint Theresa Catholic Church, with Rev. John Coghlan, the celebrant. Burial will follow in Byrd Cemetery.
