Herman Bennett Mitchell

Herman Bennett Mitchell, a resident of Chunchula, Alabama passed away at his home on Saturday, May 25, 2019. He was 72 years old. Herman worked many years at Andrews Ace Hardware Store in Turnerville and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his son, Herman Bennett Mitchell, Jr. Those left to cherish his memory is his wife, Burnise Mitchell; children, Connie Fillingim and Herman Markis Mitchell; four grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; sister, Ellen Tarver; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 9am-10am at Freeman Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 with a graveside service and interment to follow at 10:30 am in Satsuma Cemetery with Bro.
