Hilda Marie Walker

Hilda Marie Walker, a longtime resident of Mount Vernon, Alabama, passed away peacefully at her home Saturday, April 17, 2021. She was 78 years old. Hilda was employed and served the community for many years at First Community Bank in Mount Vernon. She was a longtime member of Cedar Creek Holy Church of God where she was a meticulous church secretary. Hilda was preceded in death by her parents, Nora Lee and Earl J Adams; and siblings, Edna Earle, John L., Hazel, and Paul. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Sherri Foschini; siblings, Faye (S.E.) Watts, Katie Adams, and Gaylon (Margaret) Adams; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service Thursday, April 22, 2021, at Cedar Creek Holy Church of God with Rev. Steve Watts and Rev. Darius Templeton officiating.
