Hughie Frazier, Jr.

Hughie Frazier, Jr., a native of Mount Vernon, Alabama and resident of Proctor, Arkansas passed away November 30, 2017. He was 77 years old. Hughie loved serving his community as a police officer and enjoyed fishing in his spare time. Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Debra Ann Lofton (Marvin), Hughie Frazier, III. (Alisa), Eric Dean Frazier (April) and Cassandra Ferguson (Donnie); twelve grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; sister, Nancy Sullivan; brother, Earnest Sullivan; other relatives and friends. The wake for Mr. Frazier will be from 5-8 pm Friday, December 8, 2017 at Freeman Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11 am Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Freeman Funeral Home.
