Iris Rodell Malone

Iris Rodell Malone, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Saturday, June 05, 2021, at Springhill Medical Center. She was 87 years old. Rodell was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who dedicated her life to God and her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Leo Malone; son, Charles Terry Malone, Sr.; and parents, Carl Wesley George and Alma Miller.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Tammy Tanner (Guy) and Diana Ezell (Tommy); grandchildren, Kelley Sanders (Shannon), Jessica Malone, Charles Terry “C.T.” Malone, Jr., Ashley Delaine Malone (Jake Cox), Brandon Tanner (Mandy Gossett), Lacon Byrd (Victor), and Ellie Malone; great-grandchildren, Skylar, Gage, Cooper, Ethan, Jameson, Hartley, and Maverick; great-great-granddaughter, Presley; daughter-in-law, Cindy Malone; special niece, Diane Williams (Sister); Michael Paul Stagner and Barbara Maddox; special friend, Glen Gunn; and many other loving family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service Wednesday, June 09, 2021, at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Gulfcrest Cemetery.
