Jennifer Faye Hasselvander

Jennifer Faye Hasselvander, beloved daughter, mother, sister and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2026 in Mobile, Alabama. Born on September 26, 1983, in Alabama, Jennifer’s journey through life touched many hearts and will be dearly remembered by all who knew her.

Jennifer’s life was marked above all by her devotion to family and those she loved. She is survived by her two daughters, Madalynn Hasselvander and Brenda Ann Hasselvander; her parents, Doyle and Georgia Jordan; her siblings, Doyle Jordan, Jr. and Betty Jordan (Joe Allen); nieces and nephews, Dalton, Chloe, Monroe and Sheldon, each of whom brought special joy to Jennifer's life. She is also lovingly remembered by her dear friend, Robert Byrd, whose companionship stood as a testament to Jennifer’s warmth and kindness.

Jennifer is preceded in death by her grandmother, Betty Joe Wheeler, and her uncle, Jeffrey Clarence Williams. 

Services to honor and celebrate Jennifer Faye Hasselvander’s life will take place on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM funeral service at Freeman Funeral Home with Sis. Wanda Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Refuge For Souls Holiness Cemetery.

Jennifer’s memory will be held dearly by her family and friends as they remember her compassion, strength, and enduring love.
