Lillie Kinney

Lillie Kinney, born on January 29th, 1944 in Mt. Vernon, was a loving and caring lady who touched many lives throughout her time on earth. She passed away at the age of 79 in her hometown of Fairford on June 3rd, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

Lillie had a passion for singing and often performed her favorite karaoke song, "Funny Face." She also loved to play bingo, dance, and travel with her family. Her warm and friendly personality made her a good friend to many.

Lillie's funeral services will be held on June 8th, 2023, beginning with visitation at St. Thomas Assembly of God in Fairford at 11:00 AM followed by the Funeral Service at noon at the same location.

Lillie is survived by children, Brenda Johnston and Charles Chestang (Darla); special daughter, Annie Williams; eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Thomas Chestang (Laurie), Elvin Chestang (Dorothy), Kenner Chestang (June); sister, Ola Garcia (Hector); as well as various nieces, nephews, and other family members. 

Lillie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Kinney; parents, Dock and Beulah Chestang; son, Paul Chestang; granddaughter, Jami Mumey; siblings, Warren Chestang, Samuel Chestang, Lonnie Chestang, Mattie Johnston, Corina Chestang, Estelle Johnston, and Dorothy Orso.

As we say our final goodbyes to Lillie Kinney today, we cherish the memories she has given us. We extend our deepest sympathies to all who knew Lillie during this difficult time. May she rest peacefully knowing that she touched our hearts forever.
