Margie Elizabeth (Baker) Williams

Margie Elizabeth Williams, a resident of Fruitdale, Alabama, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021. She was 73 years old. Margie enjoyed singing and loved taking care of her grandchildren. She was always a happy person, smiling and singing everywhere she went. Margie was also very kind and humble and strong in her Christian faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Burgess Williams; daughter, Ronda Prine; and sister, Judy Baker. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Angela Lofton, Tammy Williams, Melissa (Erik) Walley, Glenn Jordan, and Jeremy Williams; sixteen grandchildren; sixteen greatgrandchildren; sisters, Barbara Neece, Sherry (Odell) Chestang, and Wanda (Wayne) Young; and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Legear officiating.
