Mary Alice Reed

Mary Alice Reed, 81, passed away Monday, June 8, 2020 at her residence in Creola, Alabama. She was a devoted member of Magnolia Holiness Church where she taught Sunday School and was the Church Treasurer for many years. She owned and operated Reed House Movers with husband Lewis Reed for many years until his death. Mary Alice loved and cared for people in their time of need; helping anyway she could. She was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Reed and grandson Lee Reed; and her parents, Dave Henry and Rosie Reed. Left to cherish her memory include six sons, Cody Rivers (Linda), Jody Rivers (Glenda), Joel Reed (Tracy), Rondald Reed (Sharon), Mart Reed, and Bruce Reed (Sissy); siblings, Matilda, Docie, Emmaline, and Alfred Henry; 18 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and other relatives and friends. A wake will be held from 6pm until 9pm Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Magnolia Holiness Church. Funeral service will be held 11am Thursday, June 11, 2020 at Magnolia Holiness Church with Rev.
