Mary Ann Williams

Mary Ann Williams, a resident of Vinegar Bend, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2019, at Washington County Hospital. She was 78 years old. Mary loved going to church and enjoyed cooking for her family. She loved her family very much and they will miss her greatly. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Gains and Mary Turner; and her daughter, Brenda Williams. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 58 years, Doug Williams; children, Morris Williams, Jr. (Robin) and Mark Williams (Evelyn); two grandchildren, Wendy Ellis and Mary Anna Williams; one great grandson, Chandler; siblings, Gains Turner (Diane), Noel Turner, and Emmaline Stewart (Joe); a host of nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at Burbank Pentecostal Church with Rev. James Bice officiating.
