Mary Lou Reed, a resident of McIntosh, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2017. She was 67 years old. Mary was born January 20, 1950, to McKinley Snow and Alice Frazier. She was a lifelong member of McKenley Holiness Church and worked at Akzo Chemical Plant for over 20 years. Mary loved to spend time with her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening in her spare time and loved going to church. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Johnny Robinson, James Robinson, and Horace Quimby; and sister, Louella Weaver. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Ashley Hopkins; grandchildren, KJ and Makayla; sister, Lola Mae Snow; brother, Larry Myers; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service Saturday, January 20, 2018, at McKenley Holiness Church with Rev. Jackie Snow officiating.
