Mauline Mary Denmark

Mary Mauline Denmark, a resident of Citronelle, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, June 23, 2019. Mauline was 85 years old. She passed surrounded by her loving family. Mauline worked as an employee of Gaylord’s department store for 25 years, as well as with her late husband in several local businesses including, Maws’ BBQ, Seafood Direct, and H Chair Company. Mauline was a faithful member of Mt. Pisgah United Pentecostal Church. Mauline was born to the late Bozeman and Rethie Lee Crocker on September 25, 1933. Mauline was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Mauline was preceded in death by her husbands, Aubrey Lewis and Harvey Denmark; and daughters, Janice Stringer and Debra Lindeen. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Joan Jones (Dave), Joyce Stringer (Roger), and Steve Lewis; step children, Patti Wilson (Clyde), Lee Denmark (Shirley), Linda Saxon (Mike), Sharon Mannon (Joey), David Denmark (Tina); a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 9:30am until the funeral service at 11am, Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery.
