Michael Joseph Bullock

Michael Joseph Bullock, a resident of Chunchula, Alabama, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, February 28, 2021. He was 54 years old.

Michael proudly served in the US Navy as an operations specialist from 1985-1989. After serving his country, Michael found himself performing in many local bands. He was a very talented, self-taught musician who played several instruments. When he was not playing music, Michael had a deep passion for genealogy. He spent many years as the family historian and did extensive genealogical research on his family. Michael was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Adolph Bullock. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 10 years, Ann Bullock; children, Laurie (Jeremy) Mann, Jonathon Bullock, and Pete (Alison) Reynolds; grandchildren, Austin, Alexandria, Madison, Mason, Kaia, and Haven; mother, Susan Grant; siblings, John, Samantha, Jada, Rodney, Joanna, Willie, Donald, and Julian; and other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held for Michael at 11am Friday, March 12, 2021, at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Online condolences may be given at www.freemancitronelle.com. Freeman Funeral Home – Citronelle, Alabama
