Natania Marianne Rivers

Natania Marianne Rivers passed away on August 23, 2026. She was born on April 16, 2026, and in her brief time here was deeply loved and cherished by her family.

Natania’s life, though tender and short, leaves a lasting place in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be remembered with love and held close in memory by her family. She is survived by her parents, Sophie Rivers and Coderic "Deak" Sims; siblings, Wayden, Roslyn, Kealslyn, Hezekiah, Miriam, Ruth, and Zephaniah; grandparents, Wanda Rivers, Stella Sims, and Willie Sims; aunts and uncles, Thelma Barnes, Chris Wayne Rivers, Clifford Anthony Rivers, Erica Holmes, Farrah Reed, Jessi Rivers, T.J. Orso, Brandy Sims, and Styron Sims; godmother, Tera Reed; a multitude of of cousins and other loved ones. 

She is preceded in death by her sister, Shaklee Bernice Rivers, and by her grandfather, Clifford Rivers. 

A visitation will be held on August 27, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Freeman Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Lucas Rivers officiating. She will be laid to rest at Byrd Cemetery.
