Patricia Louise Scruggs

Patricia Louise Scruggs, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Thursday, August 10, 2017. She was 70 years old. Patricia was born May 18, 1947 to John and Lillian Turner in Chunchula, Alabama. After school, Patricia married the love of her life, Gene Scruggs. They had a beautiful family together. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and several siblings. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Elizabeth “Boo Boo” Lane (Frankie), Bill Scruggs, and Tammy Scruggs; grandchildren, Ashton, Kristy, Kirkland, Kevin, Jack, and Skyla; great grandchildren, Kollyn, Brittan, Zaxton, Audrey, Hunter, Waylon, Tripp, Rylee, Jaston, and Caseton; siblings, Ann McDonald, Sarah Turner Byrd (Shelton), Ray Turner, and Johnny Turner; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 2pm until the 3pm funeral service Sunday, August 13, 2017, at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Stan Clayton officiating. Burial will follow in church cemetery.
