Ray "Randy" Barnes Elliott

Ray “Randy” (Barnes) Elliott, born December 12, 1944, passed into eternity on Tuesday, September 24, 2019. Randy was a longtime resident of Citronelle, Alabama. He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and retired from Universal (USSCO) in Citronelle. Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Kathryn Barnes. He is survived by his brother, Billy Barnes (Louise), devoted sister, Kay Brannan (Leon); two half brothers, Joseph Elliott and Walter Elliott; nephews and nieces, Marc Brannan (Kristy), Deani Barnes, Brianna Ottinger (Chris), Brandy Harvison (Randy) and Joey Barnes; thirteen great nieces and great nephews; two great-great nephews; other relatives and friends. A celebration of Randy’s life will be held at 3pm Sunday, September 29, 2019 with a visitation from 2-3pm at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Dino Danzey and Rev. Keith Brannan officiating.
