Robbin Anthony Meinhardt, born November 12, 1966, in Mobile, Alabama, passed away on August 26, 2026.

Robbin will be remembered as a care-free, easy going man who loved life and brought warmth and energy wherever he went. He was truly the life of the party, someone whose presence made gatherings brighter and whose spirit drew people together. He loved spending time in the woods and on the river, jeep-riding, grilling, and cheering on Auburn football. He also treasured the close friendships he kept throughout his life, friendships that endured across the years and spoke to the kind of loyal and genuine person he was.

He is survived by his wife, Paula Meinhardt; his daughter, Aliceson Vickers (Kyle); his son, Matthew Bates (Kara); his grandchildren, Emma Grace Vickers, Olen Vickers, Lincoln Bates, Walker Vickers, and Elle Reeves Bates; his brothers, Roger Meinhardt and Mike James; and his nephews, Adam Meinhardt, Nick Meinhardt, and Luke Meinhardt. He also leaves behind many cherished memories for all who knew and loved him.

Robbin was preceded in death by his father and mother, Sonny and Bobbie Meinhardt; his mother-in-law, Alice Leigh Herring; and his brothers, David James, and Pat James; and his sister, Jamie Higby.
