Ruth Skipper

Ruth O. Skipper, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Monday, November 18, 2019. She was 86 years old. Ruth was born March 14, 1933. She loved drinking coffee, flowers, late night Bible reading, puzzles, and she could make a pan of biscuits that could put Hardees to shame! She always spoke the truth and never beat around the bush. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, C.M. Skipper; son, Skippy; ten siblings; and son in law, R.B. Miles. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Linda Miles, Joe Skipper (Nancy), Gary Skipper (Kathy), Terry Skipper (Cookie), and Brenda Dixon (Michael); seventeen grandchildren; thirty-seven great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service Thursday, November 21, 2019, at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Clay Lewis and Rev. Marvin Robinson officiating.
