Mrs. Sadie Bea Long, age 72, a native of Melvin, AL and resident of Sims Chapel, died Monday, November 16, 2009, at Providence Hospital in Mobile, AL. She was the founding pastor of Sims Chapel Holiness Church and was also pastor of Yarbo Assembly of God Church in Yarbo, AL, Grace Chapel Assembly of God in Toxey, AL and Hill Springs Assembly of God Church in McIntosh, AL. She is survived by her husband, Willie Freeman Long of Sims Chapel, AL; Two Sons, Joel (Angela) Ivey of Ocean Springs, MS and Willie (Twila) Long, Jr. of Sims Chapel, AL; Five Daughters, Wanda (Jody) Jarman of Sims Chapel, AL, Jo(Guadalupe) Rodriguez of San Carlos, Mexico, Lynn (Cary) Sutton of Prattville, AL, Mary Sue Simmons and Tonya (Wayne) Griggs, both of Sims Chapel, AL; Eighteen Grandchildren and Fourteen Great Grandchildren; And other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Sims Chapel Holiness Church. The Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 with Rev. Tim Cauley officiating. Interment will be at Sims Chapel Cemetery in Sims Chapel. Freeman Funeral Home - Citronelle, AL.
