Sam Hardy Hollingsworth

Sam Hardy Hollingsworth, age 79, a native of Gordo, AL and resident of Mount Vernon, AL died Tuesday, November 10, 2009, at his residence. He was a member of Calvert Baptist Church, Joe Southall Lodge #905 F & AM and Shriner's. He is survived by his wife Faye Hollingsworth; Three Daughters, Anita Hollingsworth and Rita (Freddie) Walker, all of Mount Vernon, AL; Debra Herring of Citronelle, AL. and Three grandsons Carl E. Herring, Jr., Thomas Herring & Freddie W. Walker, Jr. Two Granddaughters Grace Walker and Kelsey Herring; One sister, Hazel Mills of Northport, AL. The family will receive friends Thursday, November 12, 2009 from 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM Funeral service at Lockler Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Roger Perkins and Rev.
