Samuel Dalton Tomlinson

Samuel Dalton Tomlinson, 18, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama passed away Wednesday, July 08, 2020 at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center. Samuel was a 2019 graduate of Citronelle High School and enjoyed fishing, mud riding, music, video games, drawing and watching movies. But most of all he loved spending time with his family, church family and friends. He was a member of Pentecostals of Citronelle, formally known as the Apostolics of Citronelle. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Nora Byrd Connolly; his great aunt, Juanita Byrd; paternal grandfather, Riley Houston Tomlinson; uncles, Jesse Frankie Tomlinson and Riley Lynn Tomlinson; cousin, Brett Tomlinson; aunt, Peggy Tomlinson Dickman (Mack). Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Jerry and Irene Byrd Tomlinson; brothers, Jerry Tomlinson and Matthew Tomlinson (Taylor); nieces, Anastasia and Quinley; grandmother, Irma Jarman; uncles, James Connolly, Leroy Connolly (Christine); aunts, Dorothy Payton, Elsie Tomlinson and Dorothy Tomlinson; cousins, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 9am until the 10am funeral service on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Hollman officiating. Burial will be in Four Points Cemetery. Online condolences may be given at Freeman Funeral Home – Citronelle, Alabama.
