Samuel Jackson Odom, Iii

Samuel Jackson Odom, III, affectionately known as Bo, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Monday, November 16, 2020, at Providence Hospital. He was 54 years old. Bo was a family man who loved to spend time riding four wheelers and attending horse shows. He also loved being on the river and watching football on the weekends. Bo was an all-around good guy who loved to have fun. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Bo was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Jackson Odom, Jr. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 23 years, Tammy Odom; children, Ashleigh Odom (George Busby), Garrett Odom, Jared Odom, and Josh Odom; three grandchildren with one on the way; mother, Marilyn Odom; mother in law, Edna Rowe; siblings, Nina Jo Winters (Ross), Paula Jo Young (Stewart), and John Odom (Jessica); and other relatives and friends. A wake will be held for Bo from 6pm until 9pm Thursday, November 19, 2020, at Living Word Church. The funeral service will be held 11am Friday, November 20, 2020, at Living Word Church with Rev. Marcus Hobbs officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Garrett Odom, George Busby, Sean Holliman, Jerry Reed, Dwayne Green, and Rusty Byrd.
