Sherry Ann Reed, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Sunday, December 05, 2021. She was 67 years old. She loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe P. Reed, Sr.; daughter, Delilah Marie Reed; stepson, Dana C. Reed; and parents.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Joe P. Reed, Jr. (Monica), Joann Ritchie, Violet Reed, Delmar Reed (Bunga), Paula Byrd (Dennis), Starla Weaver (Alvin), Angela Reed, Waylon Reed (Elisha), and Joseph Reed (Lauren); thirty-eight grandchildren, thirty-one greatgrandchildren; sister, Marion Smith (Dale) of Rootstown, Ohio; special friend and sitter, Paula Anette Byrd; and other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 11am until the 12pm funeral service Wednesday, December 08, 2021, at Cedar Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Jackie Snow officiating. Burial will follow in Reed's Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dennis Byrd, Sr., Alvin Weaver, Delmar Reed, Waylon Reed, Joseph Reed, and Gregory Lofton.
