Timothy Phillip Dueitt

Timothy Phillip Dueitt, a resident of Citronelle passed away Friday, July 24, 2020 at Providence Hospital. He was 39 years old. Phillip demonstrated what it was to be a faithful Christian, loving husband, and wonderful father and grandfather. But most of all, Phillip loved his grandbabies . He was a member of Spirit and Truth Church. He was a welder by trade with TESCO and SSAB. Phillip enjoyed spending time outdoors while deer and coon hunting. Phillip was an avid coon hunter and was known throughout the community for raising champion coon dogs, especially his beloved “Hammer”. He also loved his chickens. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Those left to cherish his memory is his wife, Christy Dueitt; children, Briana Taylor (Isaiah), Brandy Cochran (Ben), and Kaitlyn Dueitt; grandbabies, Colton, Raina and Sawyer; father, Timmy Dueitt; mother, Alice Bentley; grandmother, Judy Bentley; brothers, Anthony Dueitt and Daylen Cain; sisters, Leigha Dueitt and Theresa Franks; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 2pm until the 3pm funeral service on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. John Jenkins and Rev. Isaiah Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery in Citronelle, Alabama. Pallbearers will be Derek Brown, David Knapp, Jr., Roger Williams, Shane Roberts, Shane Sullivan, Hunter Watts, and Parker Davis.
