Willa Dean Reed, 76, a native and resident of McIntosh, Alabama passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center.
She worked for the Washington County School System as a cafeteria manager.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Reed; mother, Lola Reed Boggs; husband, Domar Reed; sisters, Joyce Marilyn Reed, Gilda Reed and Sarah Webb.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Kendall Reed (Lemalie) and Darren Reed (Upumoni); nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sisters, Claudia Snow (Clint) and TaJuana Billington (Jim); a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many close friends.
A wake will be held Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 6-9 pm at Freeman Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2 pm at Happy Gospel Field Assembly of God Church on Thursday, September 30, 2021 with Rev. Johnathan Davis officiating. Burial will be in Hillspring Cemetery.
