William Hugh Walker

Billie Walker, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 93 years old. Billie had a talent for bringing family and friends together. He also enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, and watching NASCAR. He was the founder of B&B Auto Wrecker. Billie married his wife and dedicated his life to taking care of his family for 71 years. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Billie was preceded in death by his wife, Nadine Walker; daughter, Sherry Gaston; and his parents, Lonnie and Joann Walker.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Brad Walker (Tammy) and Penny Busby (Grady); nine grandchildren, Brad Walker, Jr. (Kristen), Billy Walker (Heather), Bret Walker (Ashley), Hollie Mixson (Robin), Savannah Busby, Sarah Busby, Grady Busby, Jr. (Skyler), Amanda Walley (Michael), and Victoria Rivers (Tim); eleven great-grandchildren, Graylon, Jake, William (Kacie), Danika, Derrika, Billie JoHanna, Hailey, Aubree Jean, Elijah Daniel, Bailey, and Levi; and many other relatives and friends. 

A wake will be held for Billie from 6pm until 9pm on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Living Word Church. The funeral service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Living Word Church with Rev. Marcus Hobbs officiating. Burial will follow in Walker Hills Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Grady Busby, Billy Walker, Brad Walker, Jr., Bret Walker, William ''Pontiac'' Walker, Danny Gardner , Johnny ‘'JJ'' Dees, Jr., and Zack Caver, with Tony Dees and as honorary pallbearer.
