William Wendal Lewis

William Wendal Lewis, a resident of Turnerville, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021, in Saraland, Alabama. He was 84 years old. Wendal was born July 22, 1937, to the late Ephriam and Melissa Lewis. Wendal was preceded in death by his son, Danny Ray Lewis. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 63 years, Frances Lewis; children, Patsy Ellerman (Charles Moore), Tonja Novoa (Javier), and Wesley Lewis (Sandy); daughter-in-law, Sylvia Lewis; grandchildren, Josh, Dylan, Javi, Marcus, Daniraee, Matt, Jimmy, Ilena, and Hunter; greatgrandchildren, Nic and Gage; brother, Gerald Lewis; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 1pm until the 2pm funeral service Friday, December 03, 2021, at Turnerville Baptist Church. Burial will be in Turnerville Cemetery.
