Winnie Staehle

Mrs. Winnie Staehle, a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, April 06, 2018. She was 81 years old. Winnie was born December 05, 1936 in Washington County, Alabama. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Winnie was preceded in death by her husband, John Staehle, III; her son, Donald Staehle; parents, John and Francis Gray; and siblings. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Theresa Jones and Gail Green; five grandchildren, Jeremy (Lauren Navaroli) Green, Toby Green, Travis Hillman, Shelby (Kris) Singleton, and Llayna Heard; eight great grandchildren, Garrett, Drew, Mason, Jayonna, Jakobe, McKaylee, James, and Tavaya; siblings, Eunice Turner, Addie Smith, Lillie Turner, Annie Lee, Johnny Gray, Mitchell Gray, Larry Gray, Mary Gray, Richard Gray, Charlene Hayes; and other relatives and friends. A wake will be held for Winnie from 6pm until 9pm Sunday, April 08, 2018, at Freeman Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at 1pm Monday, April 09, 2018, at Freeman Funeral Home with Elder John O.
