WT Weaver, Jr.

WT Weaver, Jr. passed away on September 15, 2025, at USA Health Providence Hospital, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter. Born on June 3, 1955, WT was a beacon of joy in the lives of many, known for his happy and outgoing personality. He was often described as funny and loving, qualities that endeared him to all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

WT's family was of utmost importance to him. He is survived by his beloved son, Derrick Weaver, and daughter, Tabitha Weaver. His proud legacy continues through his 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, each of whom he cherished deeply. WT also leaves behind his devoted daughter-in-law, Kelli Weaver, as well as siblings Sheila Comalander and Victor Weaver, who always held a special place in his heart. The warmth of his family extended to his girlfriend, Sharon Orso, and the mother of his children, Betty Rodriguez. He is further survived by six nephews, six nieces, and many other relatives and friends who will forever carry his memory.

WT was a passionate Alabama football fan, often reminiscing about the old times and sharing stories that brought smiles to those around him. His love for storytelling was as vibrant as his spirit, making time spent with him precious to all his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, WT and Myrtle Weaver, and his cherished son, Timothy Weaver. Also embracing his memory are his late siblings, Tony Weaver, Wendell Weaver, Frances Wilson, Mavis Weaver, and Valerie Weaver, as well as his niece, Tash Wilson, all of whom he missed dearly.

Funeral service for WT will be held on September 22, 2025, at 1:30 PM, at Freeman Funeral Home with Bro. Jackie Snow officiating. Burial will follow in Reed's Chapel Cemetery.

WT Weaver, Jr. will be remembered not only for his zest for life but also for the love he radiated towards those he held dear. His spirit will continue to inspire and bring comfort to those who knew and loved him.
