Zachary Chase Silcox Williams, 20, a resident of Fruitdale, Alabama passed away Sunday, October 14, 2018. He was a 2017 graduate of Fruitdale High School and will be remembered as #56 and #25 for the Fruitdale Pirates. He loved playing football and being part of the team. He enjoyed fishing and hunting in his spare time. Zachary worked as a machine operator and was looking forward to starting a new job with TMS with his brother, Chris. Zachary was always smiling and never met a stranger. He was a very respectful young man and was always willing to help others. Everyone that Zachary met, he made a huge impact on their lives. He was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Roy Kauffman; and great grandfather, Carvin Miller. Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Perry and Anita Williams, and Teresa Silcox; siblings, Dr. Aaron Brooks (Louie), Roger Williams (Catherine), Christopher Brooks (Susie), and Deborah Moorer (Chad); nieces, Anna, Ashlynn and Cassie; nephews, Eli, Branson and Logan; grandparents, Carolyn Miller, Roy and Dale Silcox, Carlton and Brenda Odom, and Cecil and Mary Emma Ray; great grandmother, Vivian Miller; uncles and aunts, Pamela King (Donald), Della Dupre (Renaldo), Carvin Dupre (Selena), Dwayne Williams (Darlene), Sharon (Daniel); other relatives and many friends. The family will receive friends from 12pm until the 2pm Funeral Service on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home with Bro. Joseph Grimes and Bro. Daniel Hanks officiating.
